ABOUT THE ROLES AVAILABLE: Location: Various locations across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Toowoomba Full Time/Part Time & Casual Opportunities available Weekday and weekend shifts available 4 - 12 hour shifts available Pay level specific to site (up to Level 5) WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WITH ANY OF THE BELOW: Strong Customer Service Skills Proactive and problem-solving mindset Willing to support and step up as required into other roles Ability to work well in a team or autonomously Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends) Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes) Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods Crowd Control endorsement and own transport will be highly desirable Current First Aid & CPR Certificate DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES MIGHT INCLUDE (depending on the role you choose!): Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client Gatehouse duties Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification Providing support to tenants and Facilities Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management Responding to emergency situations Contractor management duties Ad-hoc duties Event Security Wilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
