We currently have an opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join our Health & Education team and play a key role in leading the safe, compliant and high‑quality delivery of integrated facilities and asset management services across a major education portfolio. Reporting to the GM - Health & Education, you'll help deliver outcomes that support essential community infrastructure and long‑term partnerships. What You'll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Lead end‑to‑end contract delivery, ensuring services are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with commercial and contractual obligations. Drive performance against KPIs, balancing quality outcomes, stakeholder satisfaction and financial accountability. Build strong, trusted relationships with government stakeholders, service partners, unions and internal teams. Champion a culture of Zero Harm, wellbeing and high performance, supporting and developing diverse teams to thrive. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation and sustainable growth across the portfolio. What You'll Bring Proven experience leading complex service or facilities management contracts in a performance‑based environment. Strong commercial acumen, with experience in financial management, risk governance and contract compliance. A collaborative and inclusive leadership style, with the ability to engage teams and partners at all levels. Highly developed communication and negotiation skills, with confidence working across government and community settings.
