Each position is based at a dedicated store location, as outlined in the role descriptions below. We are seeking motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our teams in the following roles: Retail Manager – United Chemists Alice Springs & Priceline Pharmacy Alice Springs (Full-Time & Fixed-Term) Lead and support the retail team within your assigned store Oversee daily operations, merchandising, and team performance Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service Ensure compliance with pharmacy and retail standards Fixed-term contract available for temporary coverage (with possibility for extension) Stock Controller – Alice Springs Pharmacy (Full-Time) Managing stock control processes and maintaining accurate inventory records Conducting stock counts, investigations, and stock adjustments Coordinating stock movement from storage areas to shelves and promotional displays Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient storeroom Entering invoices and assisting with stock takes Providing support to team members and assisting customers when required Pharmacy Assistants – Priceline Pharmacy Alice Springs (Full Time & Casual) Provide friendly and professional customer service Assist with sales, stock presentation, and day-to-day store operations Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the register Ensure accurate pricing and clear product ticketing Flexible availability including weekends (preferred) What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and organisational skills High attention to detail and a proactive attitude Ability to work effectively within a team Previous pharmacy or retail experience (preferred) Leadership experience is preferred for management roles; however, we are committed to supporting and developing the right candidate into a leadership position.
