We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team. Initially based in Singleton, you will transition to work 1 day per week in Singleton, and 4 days per week at a new, purpose built clinic in Wyee Point, once fit out is complete. Registered Nurse – General Practice (Full-Time) A fantastic opportunity is available for a motivated and clinically competent Registered Nurse to join a brand-new, modern GP clinic located in Wyee Point. This role is ideal for an RN with a strong interest in primary healthcare, chronic disease management, and preventative care. Position Details: Full-time position (38 hours weekly) 4 days based at Wyee Point clinic 1 day per week at Burdekin Park Medical Practice in Singleton Paid travel provided to and from Singleton Key Responsibilities: Delivery of comprehensive nursing care within a general practice setting Chronic disease management and care planning (CDM) Health assessments and preventative health screening Immunisations in accordance with the National Immunisation Program Wound care and clinical procedures Assisting with minor procedures Essential Criteria: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA Demonstrated experience in general practice or primary healthcare (preferred) Competency in CDM, immunisations, and health assessments Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team What We Offer: Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to be part of a new and growing clinic Travel reimbursement for Singleton clinic day Ongoing professional development opportunities If you are a proactive RN seeking a dynamic role in primary care and enjoy delivering patient-centred care in a community setting, we encourage you to apply.
