Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Prepare employment documents, letters, contracts, and other HR correspondence. Support recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication. Help manage compliance documentation and ensure records are up to date. Respond to general HR queries from employees in a professional and timely manner. Assist with reporting, data entry, and general HR administration tasks as required. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure HR processes run efficiently. This is a temporary position , ideal for someone who can step in quickly and make an immediate impact. About You Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or HR Coordination role. Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident managing sensitive and confidential information. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications. A positive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to help where needed. Experience working in healthcare, medical, or professional services environments will be highly regarded.
