The Role We're looking for a Principal .NET Developer to take a lead role in designing, building, and enhancing enterprise-grade applications. You'll provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle, from solution design through to deployment and ongoing optimisation. Lead the architecture and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using the .NET ecosystem. Partner closely with product, delivery, and business teams to translate requirements into practical technical solutions. Confident leading technical conversations with both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders. Passionate about clean code, development standards, and creating maintainable, high-quality solutions. A natural mentor who enjoys supporting and developing others within the team. Commercially minded, with the ability to balance technical excellence with business outcomes. Prior experience in large, complex environments is highly regarded; automotive or similarly fast-paced industry exposure will be advantageous.
