This is not your typical workshop supervisor role. You’ll step into a well-established 4WD accessories operation where the opportunity is to take ownership of how the workshop runs — not just manage the team. With a team of six technicians, your focus will be on workflow, efficiency, and ensuring jobs are completed properly and on time. You’ll be working across a wide range of 4WD builds, including suspension upgrades, bull bars, canopies, dual battery systems, and full vehicle fit-outs.
