About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Scheduler that understand the role is central to the daily business operations. Applications are open to either permanent part time applicants wanting 2 or 3 full day’s work (7.30am to 4pm) or a full-time applicant. You will handle 4-5 trade schedules, prioritise and coordinate jobs, track workflow, keep clients informed, and uphold excellent customer service. About You Proven scheduling and dispatch experience Confident with same-day, multi-trade coordination Strong prioritisation and decision-making Exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication skills Proficient in multiple software platforms (Highly regarded trade scheduling experience – eg. ServiceM8 Simpro Aroflo Tradify Fergus Xero) Key Responsibilities Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and job allocation, including emergencies. Manage calls, bookings, customer communication, and inboxes. Track rosters, job progress, productivity, and downtime. Order materials and liaise with suppliers. Maintain CRM updates, follow up on quotes, and process Xero entries. Provide general administrative support such as timesheets and work orders.
