Job Description: Designing and developing high-quality, structured web layouts and information architectures for internet publication, ensuring a seamless balance between visual communication and functional navigation across our pioneering platform. Consulting with stakeholders, R&D teams, and technical engineers to identify usability pain points and define clear design objectives and constraints that align with RSVP’s long-term business goals and mission. Undertaking comprehensive research and analysis of functional communication requirements and service touchpoints to ensure all design solutions are tailored to the intended audience seeking lasting relationships. Formulating and visualizing design concepts by producing high-fidelity interactive prototypes, detailed sketches, and layouts to effectively communicate sensitive interaction logic to cross-functional teams. Negotiating and refining design solutions with management, sales, and production staff to ensure strict adherence to RSVP’s established brand standards, technical feasibility, and the "security by design" principle. Selecting and specifying functional materials, including the strategic use of text, imagery, animation, and reusable UI components, to optimize the delivery of meaningful information and drive member engagement. Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, such as annotated prototype specifications, design manuals, and style guides, to provide precise instructions for the development and continuous enhancement of our high-traffic systems. Supervising the production of digital media assets and tracking post-launch performance data to ensure the final web publication meets the high-performance standards and user expectations of Australia’s most trusted dating community. Establishing and managing a design component library and archiving project information to build a centralized design knowledge base, ensuring consistent brand evolution over our 30-year legacy. Qualification: 5 years of hands-on experience in professional web design and digital information layout; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but a strong industry track record and portfolio are primary considerations. Mastery of industry-standard prototyping tools, specifically Axure, to create high-fidelity web layouts and clearly defined interaction flows for complex social matching environments. Proven ability to plan and develop complex digital content for large-scale platforms, prioritizing user trust, intuitive navigation, and structured information delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into practical, empathetic design solutions for diverse stakeholders. Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to negotiate design outcomes while maintaining RSVP’s rigorous brand and security standards. Strong documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail in creating technical annotations and maintaining implementation standards in a high-security environment.
