About the Role We’re looking for a switched‑on HR Administrator to join our growing People & Culture team in Kwinana. You’ll thrive in a high‑volume environment and take real pride in getting the details right. You’ll play a key role in supporting our mining and industrial services workforce by coordinating pre‑employment and onboarding processes across multiple starters at once. From offer acceptance through to site readiness, you’ll ensure documentation, systems and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time. You’ll manage pre‑employment processes, prepare employment documentation, maintain HR systems and ensure every new starter is cleared, compliant and ready to hit the ground running. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinating pre‑employment checks, including medicals, drug and alcohol testing, reference checks and right‑to‑work verifications Preparing employment contracts, letters of offer and onboarding documentation Maintaining accurate employee records and HR system data Processing contract variations, change advice and payroll onboarding requirements Supporting mobilisation by ensuring new starters are cleared and site‑ready Providing administrative and coordination support to the broader People & Culture team What We're Looking For Demonstrated HR administration or coordination experience, ideally in mining, resources, construction, or labour hire A natural organiser with exceptional attention to detail — someone who doesn't let things slip Experience with onboarding, pre-employment, and employment documentation processes Comfortable working with HR and Payroll systems (Kronos, Pronto or similar) and the MS Office Suite A team player who communicates clearly, follows up consistently, and gets things done Why Join Ahrens?
