Practice Assistant – Energy, Resources and Infrastructure Be the central point of coordination for meetings, travel logistics, and day‑to‑day team support Support Partners who value reliability and proactive communication Great opportunity for someone who enjoys process-driven work and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes About the role We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Practice Assistant to join our Energy, Resources and Infrastructure (ERI) team, providing dedicated support to the ERI Partners and their respective teams. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the practice, working in a supportive environment that values initiative, teamwork and proactive thinking. This role is available on a full-time, permanent basis. Key responsibilities Your responsibilities will include, but won’t be limited to: Managing diaries and coordinating internal and external meetings Organising domestic and international travel arrangements Overseeing billing processes, expenses and related reporting Coordinating and assisting with the setup of various events File opening/closing, archiving, and maintaining electronic and physical records Providing general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the practice About You Minimum of 2 years in a legal support role (such as Legal Assistant, Practice Assistant, Legal Executive or Legal Secretary) Sound knowledge of the monthly billing process in a legal environment - experience with Elite highly regarded Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to analyse, problem solve and apply appropriate use of judgement Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, choosing an appropriate style for their audience Well-developed interpersonal skills Who are we?
