We are seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our team, playing a critical role in supporting business performance through insight, analysis, and strategic partnership. This role goes beyond traditional reporting. You will work closely with operational and senior leaders to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights, challenge assumptions, and influence decision-making. You will lead a team of accountants and ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and meaningful financial information, while driving continuous improvement and innovation across the finance function. What You’ll Be Responsible For Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will: Deliver accurate and timely management reporting, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis Provide actionable insights on performance, including budget variance, cost optimisation, and trend analysis Partner with operational leaders to influence decision-making and improve financial and operational outcomes Lead month-end processes, treasury reporting, and taxation compliance activities Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and value Lead, coach, and develop a team of accountants, building capability and performance Support strategic initiatives and financial feasibility analysis for business improvement projects Use data and insights to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and stewardship across the business What You’ll Bring Degree qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance, with CPA or CA accreditation Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis Proven ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights for non-finance stakeholders Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams Strong commercial acumen, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments (healthcare experience highly regarded) Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Ability to operate autonomously, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes Why Qscan?
