Helping people live their best lives and stay connected with their communities. The Role: We are looking for Permanent Part Time Support Workers to join our Toodyay team . These roles involve providing a mix of personal care, domestic cleaning support, and community participation. We have a diverse range of customers, some requiring low care and some requiring more complex care. Don't worry - all training would be provided to you, all you need is a willingness to learn! What You’ll Do: Provide practical and personalized support to our customers, including assistance with daily activities and mobility. Advocate for their rights and preferences to ensure they feel empowered in their care. Help customers stay connected to their communities and maintain independence through social activities and local services. Build trust to create a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment. Flexibility to work part time hours anytime between Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm We offer on-the-job training and buddy shifts to help you pick up all the skills you need! What You Need: Current driver’s licence and a NDIS Clearance or willing to obtain one Ability to assist with physical tasks and help with mobility as needed.
