Due to continued growth and increased demand, Sands Fridge Lines (SFL) is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Senior C ommercial Analyst to join our team full-time. This is a high-impact role supporting major customer negotiations, shaping pricing strategies and delivering commercially sound solutions that reflect real operational outcomes. About the Role Reporting to the Major Accounts Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership, operations, finance teams, and our customers to develop, manage and maintain SFL’s pricing models, rate structures across major tenders, renewals and customer contracts. You’ll play a key role in commercial decision-making and deliver data driven commercial solutions that support revenue growth and long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities · Lead and manage commercial models for new business, renewals and contract extensions · Provide detailed rate analysis and recommendations to support customer negotiations · Maintain and govern customer rate tables, including reviews, fuel surcharges and material change events · Ensure pricing integrity and accurate billing outcomes · Deliver data-driven insights to support revenue growth and customer engagement · Benchmark pricing against competitors and industry standards to ensure market competitiveness. · Monitor billing trends and identify potential revenue leakage · Investigate and resolve rate-related billing discrepancies in collaboration with finance and operations teams. · Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance billing accuracy and efficiency. About You You are a commercially astute , experienced senior analyst with a strong background in transport and warehousing pricing. You enjoy working with data, building robust pricing models, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the business. You bring a proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and the confidence to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. While industry experience is important, attitude and energy matter most. You will bring: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field 5–7 years’ experience in a commercial, pricing, sales or billing role (transport & warehousing preferred) Proven experience with transport and warehousing pricing models, rate structures, and billing processes. Experience with TMS and WMS platforms is highly regarded. Excellent time management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
