Job Description About the Role This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and individualised care to our consumers, while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements. As a Community Services Manager, you will also play an important role in promoting Garden Village services within the community and strengthening relationships with stakeholders. You will provide strong leadership to the Community Services Team, ensuring services align with industry standards and organisational values. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to support positive outcomes for consumers and their support networks. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Community Services Team Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across Home Care and NDIS services Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to consumers Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders Promote Garden Village services within the community Oversee reporting, documentation, and service delivery standards Contribute to continuous improvement and service development What We Offer A supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development The chance to make a meaningful difference in your community A values-driven organisation committed to quality care Desired Skills and Experience Essential Criteria Significant experience in Home Care, preferably within NDIS community environments Demonstrated leadership experience in Aged Care and/or Disability Services Current NSW Driver Licence Current First Aid Certificate Registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance Desirable Qualifications Diploma or higher in Community Services, Nursing, Aged Care, Disability Services, or related Human Services discipline Skills & Attributes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to lead and inspire a team Strong knowledge of the NDIS and Aged Care sectors Solid understanding of Home Care and NDIS service models High-level organisational, planning, and time management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability Exceptional reporting and documentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic environment A positive attitude aligned with Garden Village values
