You'll be involved in everything from design workshops and architecture discussions through to implementation, integration, and optimisation of Saviynt IGA. It's an opportunity to be part of a growing capability, where you'll have real input into best practices, standards, and platform maturity. About You 3-5 years' experience working with the Saviynt IGA platform Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and access certification Experience integrating Saviynt with on-prem and cloud applications Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, PowerShell, JavaScript, and SQL Experience configuring workflows, access request policies, and provisioning tasks Exposure to other IAM tools (e.g. SailPoint, Entra ID, CyberArk, Okta) and frameworks like NIST or Essential Eight (desirable) Key Accountabilities Run design workshops with Enterprise Architects to produce detailed solution designs Configure and implement Saviynt modules including ILM, Access Requests, Certification, and Role Management Develop and customise connectors and integrations (AD, Azure, Workday, SAP, etc.) Build and maintain workflows, rules, and automation within Saviynt Deliver reporting and dashboards to support audit, compliance, and business needs Benefits Strong investment in training, certifications, and career development Collaborative, high-performing team with clear progression pathways Flexible working model with a focus on work-life balance
