Blacktown NSW 2148 About the Role We’re looking for a highly organised, creative, and hands-on Marketing & Promotions Coordinator to support the delivery of engaging campaigns, promotions, and events. This role is all about execution—bringing ideas to life, driving visitation, and creating experiences that keep customers coming back. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all marketing activity is delivered on time, on brand, and with impact. The role is full time 38 hours a week Monday to Friday (office based) however there may be times when weekend work is required. Key Responsibilities Campaign & Promotions Execution Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns and promotions from concept to completion Assist in developing promotional mechanics, terms & conditions, and timelines Ensure all promotions are set up correctly across systems (POS, kiosks, digital platforms) Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign reporting Content & Communications Coordinate content across digital channels including social media, website, EDMs, and in-venue screens Brief designers and suppliers to develop marketing collateral Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints Events & Activations Support the planning and delivery of events, entertainment, and in-venue activations Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution on event days Assist with run sheets, supplier coordination, and on-site delivery Stakeholder Coordination Work closely with operations, gaming, food & beverage, and external partners Act as a key point of contact for marketing-related requests Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on campaign objectives and timelines Administration & Reporting Maintain campaign calendars and marketing schedules Track budgets, invoices, and supplier costs Compile campaign results including visitation, sales, and engagement metrics Skills & Experience 2 years’ experience in marketing, promotions, or events (hospitality/entertainment highly regarded) Strong organisational and time management skills (you’ll juggle a lot—gracefully) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple channels Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing platforms (EDM, CMS, social tools) is a plus Tertiary qualifications in Marketing / Events (essential) Personal Attributes Proactive and solutions-focused Detail-oriented (because small errors = big headaches in promos) Creative thinker with a practical mindset Strong team player who can also work independently Comfortable being hands-on during events and activations Benefits Corporate uniform provided Employee Assistance Program Free undercover parking Birthday leave 25% discount from contract cater outlets Training & Development opportunities through Allara Global e learning platform Rewards & Recognition program Staff events and raffles Our Vision: To be Western Sydney’s leading lifestyle and hospitality group through service excellence, exceptional experiences, and our culture of care.
