We’re open 7 days for lunch and dinner, plus functions, events, and everything in between. No two shifts look the same here. THE ROLE This is not your “stand in one spot” kind of job. You’ll move across: Food service Bar & cocktails Gaming room It’s a true all-rounder role — perfect if you like to stay busy and build your skills across the whole venue. Approx. 15–35 hours per week , with real potential to grow. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Delivering warm, professional service every shift Taking orders, running food, and keeping service flowing Mixing drinks and serving beverages with confidence Supporting gaming operations (training provided if needed) Upselling and creating great guest experiences Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and ready to go Working closely with your team across bar, kitchen, and floor Following all RSA, gaming, and WHS requirements ABOUT YOU You’re someone who: Brings good energy and a genuinely friendly vibe Loves working with people and making guests feel welcome Is reliable, flexible, and shows up ready to go Has strong attention to detail (especially with cash compliance) Communicates well and backs your team Is keen to learn — especially in gaming and bar Experience is great, but attitude is everything.
