About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced Product & Campaign Marketing Manager to lead the team responsible for delivering product launches, brand campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives across the organisation. Reporting to the GM of Marketing, this role owns campaign strategy, go-to-market execution, paid and owned channel performance, and the leadership of a multidisciplinary marketing team. What you’ll be responsible for: Team leadership & delivery Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across product launches, campaigns, local area marketing, events, sponsorships and partnerships, and catalogues Provide clear prioritisation, workflow oversight and performance management Foster a collaborative, results-focused team culture Campaigns & product launches Own end-to-end delivery of all product launches and brand campaigns Define objectives, KPIs, target audiences, messaging and value propositions Oversee content needs across visuals and copy, working across multiple channels Ensure strong briefing processes, timelines and cross-functional alignment Channel strategy & media investment Own paid and owned channel strategy and media budgets Oversee planning, performance tracking, optimisation and ROI analysis Local Area Marketing, events & partnerships Lead Local Area Marketing initiatives across corporate and private store networks Oversee events, industry shows, activations, partnerships and sponsorships Cross-functional collaboration Partner closely with Product, Sales, E-commerce, Brand, Content and Digital teams Ensure marketing activity supports commercial goals, growth and customer experience What we’re looking for: 8–10 years’ marketing experience , with 4 years in a people leadership role Strong experience leading product launches and integrated campaigns (paid, owned, earned) Proven capability managing media budgets , forecasting and performance measurement Experience leading LAM, events, partnerships or sponsorship programs Confident working with creative, digital and media agencies Track record delivering across fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Ability to influence and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives An active interest in 4x4, camping, or off-road adventure highly regarded. Experience in automotive, retail, manufacturing or franchise-style networks is advantageous.
