About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Trade Counter Sales/Warehouse team member for a busy HVAC parts environment. This role is primarily counter sales-based, supporting trade customers with product advice, order processing, and parts sourcing, with additional warehouse duties as required. Key Responsibilities Serve trade customers at the counter via phone and email Process orders, source parts, and ensure accurate fulfilment Provide product information and basic technical support Pick, pack, and dispatch goods as required Assist with receivals, stock control, and inventory accuracy Support general branch operations and customer service About You Experience in counter sales, warehouse, or trade environment Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, approachable and customer-focused with a professional manner Ability to build rapport with trade customers Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Forklift licence preferred Experience using Oracle or similar ERP systems advantageous Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion At Drake, we are committed to fostering diversity, inclusion, and equity.
