To obtain quality practice we want to focus on quality clinicians. We provide supervision support and we will not over-work our clinicians as this practice is run by a psychologist who understands the impacts of burnout on his staff. About the Role We are looking for a general or clinical psychologists to join our team in a hybrid-based role at a part time basis with oportunity to move into full time if desired. You will have the oportunity to work alongside a wide range of presentations and modalities including Private, NDIS, Medicare, EAP, Workcover/CTP, Victims Services, group programs and individual work. A flexible working method will be utilised, having a mix of in office, telehealth working from home and travel clients, will ensure that you are never feeling bored and stale at work. This opportunity is well suited to a psychologist who is looking to build their experience in different modalities, have a good work balance to avoid burnout and recieve support to grow their skills. What the Role Looks Like Provide telehealth psychology sessions from home, create an office day and/or visit clients Work with a range of different presentations to build skills Maintain clinical notes and standard professional documentation Manage your caseload within a consistent weekly routine Work independently while being supported behind the scenes Have enough time to complete notes, reports and plan for the following sessions Expand on your own interests and passions Who This Role Would Suit: Looking for a place that places a heavy emphasis on clincian wellbeing, not KPI's Someone wanting to grow their skills in privte practice in a range of modalities Someone wanting to explore their own skillset in their passion Comfortable working independently and in a team setting Someone who wants a mixed environment What We Offer: Work-from-home flexibility Skill building support Learn the ins-and-outs of private practice Relaxed work environment Expected earnings of $100,000 - $130,000, depending on experience and performance The opportunity to shape and grow your skills and earnings the way that suits you What We’re Looking For AHPRA general registration as a Psychologist Clinical endorsement welcome but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills A warm, client-centred approach Confidence working independently and as a team Reliable, organised, and professional Australian working rights SIRA approval, NDIS working checks, Victims Service registration, Medicare provider number (or willingness to get these prior to commencement) Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel if required Why Join Empowermind Psychology Build your skills in a range of modalities to find out what you enjoy the most and where you can increase your skills.
