About the role As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in setting the tone for the team each day, leading from the front, supporting your people, and ensuring every guest walks into a space that feels welcoming, clean, and cared for. You’ll: Lead and support a team of Room Attendants and Public Area Cleaners Set daily direction and ensure the team is set up for success Maintain high standards across guest rooms and public areas Coach, train, and develop team members on the floor Work closely with Front Office and Maintenance to deliver a seamless guest experience Take pride in creating an environment that reflects our standards and values Who we’re looking for You might already be a Team Leader, or you might be a strong team member ready for your next step.
