Position: Hindi Content Annotation Specialist Type: Remote Compensation: $32–$40/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Review Hindi-language video content and write detailed evaluations in English. Identify and describe problematic content, including implied meaning, coded language, and cultural subtext. Assess viewer impact across emotional and sensitivity dimensions. Apply structured rating frameworks to categorize content appropriateness. Research unfamiliar references (Hindi slang, trending memes, regional context) to ensure accurate evaluations. Triage content that doesn't meet review criteria, such as wrong language or broken media. Qualifications Must-Have Native or fluent Hindi speaker with a deep understanding of Hindi internet culture, slang, memes, and regional context. Professional writing ability in both Hindi and English . Strong analytical and interpretive skills. Ability to evaluate sensitive and disturbing content objectively. Familiarity with short-form social media video formats. Reliable internet connection for streaming video. Preferred Experience in content annotation, content moderation, or trust and safety. Comfortable working with mature, graphic, or sensitive content daily. Detail-oriented with a focus on both literal content and underlying intent. Strong written communication skills.
