The Role We need a sharp junior DevOps / ICT generalist who can keep our technical infrastructure running while learning fast. This isn't a ticket-closing role — you'll work directly alongside our developers building serious systems. You'll handle: - AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, IAM, deployments) - CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) - Linux sysadmin — Ubuntu, shell scripting, log management - Microsoft 365 admin (users, licences, SharePoint, Teams) - Docker containerisation for internal tools - Unreal Engine build environment support - General ICT — networking, DNS, VPN, security - Future AI agent deployment infrastructure Who We Want - Early career or graduate-plus level — hungry to grow, curious about serious tech, and fast - EU timezone required for team overlap (CET/CEST, UK, or Eastern Europe) - Strong Linux command line skills - Working knowledge of AWS - Git and CI/CD experience - Bonus: Unreal Engine or 3D software environments - Bonus: interest in simulation, CGI, or real-time 3D tech Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
