The opportunity: We're growing our adult services team and looking for a Physiotherapist to join us in Darwin. This role is focused exclusively on adult clients — no paediatric caseload — and sits across three settings: In-clinic appointments at our Darwin rooms (Winnellie) Home-based physiotherapy across the Darwin region Regional and remote outreach trips to communities across the NT We're open to all levels - whether you're an early-career physio with strong fundamentals and a hunger to learn, or an experienced clinician ready to lead complex cases and mentor others, we'd love to hear from you. We'll scope the role to match your experience, with structured supervision and a tailored development plan. Hours are flexible. Full-time or part-time, and every Friday finishes at 2:30 pm What you'll be doing: Providing evidence-based adult physiotherapy across musculoskeletal, neurological, chronic condition and disability caseloads Completing assessments, treatment planning, progress reviews, and assistive technology assessments Producing high-quality clinical documentation and NDIS reports within required timeframes Working collaboratively with clients, families, GPs, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals Managing your own caseload, with support from our scheduling and admin team Travelling to regional and remote NT communities on planned outreach trips - genuinely meaningful work with real impact Contributing to a positive, supportive team culture - and, if you're senior, mentoring and supervising junior team members About you: Essential: Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (or eligibility to register) Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain) Current NT Driver's Licence (Car) Current NT Working with Children Check ("Ochre Card") Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clinical documentation A warm, inclusive, culturally respectful approach Desirable: Experience with NDIS clients and reporting Experience delivering services in home, community, or remote settings Post-graduate training relevant to adult physiotherapy (e.g. neuro, musculoskeletal, chronic pain, aged care, hydrotherapy) Interest in mentoring or clinical supervision (for senior applicants) If you are interested in this opportunity, apply now or give Rell a call on 08 8982 1047 to find out more.
