The ideal candidate will be an experienced automotive leader who has significant exposure to managing the front and back end operations, improving CSI, building a strong team culture and building strong relationships with the OEM's. The Dealer Principal / General Manager will be energetic and committed to participation in all facets of the franchise on a day-to-day basis and be ultimately responsible for overseeing ongoing commercial aspects of the dealership's operations so that optimum results are achieved. The role will suit a hands-on manager who enjoys actively engaging with employees, customers and the broader community.
