Lead from the front delivering exceptional customer experiences Use technology to create personalised fittings that convert Drive sales, exceed KPIs, and lift team results Coach, develop and motivate your team daily Support rostering and wage control with a commercial mindset Keep the store sharp - VM, and presentation Build local relationships with sporting groups and community networks Maintain strong safety and operational standards What You Bring You're hands-on, results-driven, and ready to step up. Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Key Holder or 3IC Proven track record achieving KPIs and sales targets Strong leadership - you know how to get buy-in and results Can bring the energy and a "make it happen" attitude Solid stock control and visual merchandising skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-first environment What You Get Performance is recognised and rewarded.
