Plan, execute, and monitor all engineering and design outputs to meet agreed quality, scope, budget, and schedule. Develop and implement functional strategies, initiatives, and processes aligned with organisational and annual business goals. Allocate staffing and budgets effectively, set priorities, and ensure team accountability and efficient use of resources. Embed a strong culture of compliance, safety, and quality, ensuring adherence to industry standards and internal expectations. Collaborate and negotiate with cross‑functional teams, providing clear communication on progress, risks, and challenges to senior stakeholders. Lead initiatives that enhance performance, optimise processes, strengthen capability, and improve KPIs across the engineering function.
