The Role You Could Play Join our MECCA Parramatta team the store’s Operations Manager where you’ll be responsible for the operation al processes that ensure the store is organised, well presented and enables our customers to have a seamless and exceptional shopping experience. With a passion and extensive experience to manage our st ock and back-of-house operations, your responsibilities will be to : Nurture and develop a team of Operations Specialists who are responsible for ensuring all operation al procedures and visual merchandising standards are met Lead, train and empower all team members on operational processes to ensure they know how to execute our operations to a high standard Manag e the end-to-end stock management process to ensure the store is always in an optimal stock position Ensur e our store is consistently meeting OH&S standards, keeping our team members and customers safe at all times Manage the store’s entire inventory (live, non-line and collateral) Lead all stock takes and analyse results to provide recommendations on how to improve both the process and our stock levels Ensure the store’s compliance with Loss Prevention requirements, supporting our team members comfortability in applying these concepts on the floor M anage and execute all visual merchandising of the store What Y ou W ill B ring You will love this role if thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and love to get into the nitty gritty detail of ensuring our operations are as smooth as they can be so our customers can have a seamless experience.
