Description As an Underground Shift Supervisor at Cowal Gold Mine-the largest project Redpath has ever undertaken-you'll be the driving force behind daily underground operations. You'll lead crews, allocate resources, and uphold the highest safety and quality standards, all while living Redpath's motto: "Consider it done - safely." 7/7 Roster, DIDO or FIFO opportunities available. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate shift tasks with site leadership. Allocate machinery and work areas. Supervise, mentor, and support underground crews. Ensure compliance with SWIs, mine plans, and Redpath standards. Complete shift reports, timesheets, and operational documentation. Champion safety, environmental, and quality performance. Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions. Qualifications WA UG shift boss ticket. Underground hard‑rock mining experience. Relevant licences and certifications. Manual driver's licence. Strong work ethic and a safety‑first mindset.
