The Role We are seeking multiple Labourers to assist production teams in Pakenham with safe material handling and product delivery in a hands‑on, team‑focused environment. Duties: Use hand and power tools safely and correctly Check products to ensure quality standards are met Follow safety procedures and contribute to a positive work environment Assist with cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas Learn and build knowledge of the company’s products Skills & Experience Comfortable using hand and power tools Concrete experience an advantage, not a requirement Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong time management skills with good attention to detail Forklift licence desirable, but not essential Please Note: Successful applicants will be required to complete a pre‑employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
