You’ll be the face of the branch while also ensuring orders are processed and dispatched efficiently. Your day-to-day will include: Assisting customers via phone, email, and in-person enquiries Processing orders, sourcing products, and ensuring timely fulfilment Providing product advice and technical support where required Supporting warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch Assisting with stock control and inventory accuracy Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace Contributing to sales growth through customer engagement and relationship building This is a great opportunity to develop both your sales and operational skillset in a supportive environment.
