As a result, this organisation is looking to add an enthusiastic, hardworking and charming Customer Service / Trade Counter Salesperson to join their dynamic team near Penrith 2750 . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilising a POS system to process quotations and record sales. Oversee showroom stock and placing orders to replenish stock levels. Ensure the site is well presented at all times. Provide excellent customer service to existing and new clients via face-to-face, email and phone. Other ad hoc tasks e.g. help with stock takes. REQUIRED SKILLS: Atleast 2 years experience in trade counter or retail sales. Proficient with POS and Microsoft software (Outlook, Excel, Teams). Happy to help with manual tasks e.g. stock takes, replenishment. Willing to undergo pre-employment checks. A reliable person with strong communication skills.
