This is not just a Senior Interior Designer role — it’s a Senior Design Team Leader position at the heart of the business. You will take ownership of the entire client design journey, leading projects from concept through to delivery while ensuring a seamless and professional experience at every stage. This role blends design leadership, project delivery, and hands-on technical expertise , making it ideal for someone who can lead a team while still driving high-quality design outcomes. You’ll be responsible for: Managing the client journey through Consilo’s design process Booking, leading, and presenting in client meetings, maintaining strong relationships throughout Leading the development of spatial layouts and planning strategies across projects Creating and presenting 3D models and visualisations (SketchUp) Overseeing design timelines and ensuring the team delivers on time and to a high standard Leading and mentoring the design team while remaining hands-on with design tools and delivery Producing and reviewing high-quality documentation packages in Revit Developing and coordinating finishes, fixtures, and equipment schedules (FF&E) Managing material selections, samples, and overall design consistency Coordinating closely with sales, estimating, and project management teams to ensure alignment Supporting site teams with design queries as projects move into delivery Ensuring a seamless transition from design through to construction Driving quality, efficiency, and consistency across all projects This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment, particularly within healthcare, where precision, pace, and client experience are critical . ABOUT YOU You’re a natural leader who enjoys both design and delivery, with the ability to manage people, projects, and clients confidently.
