You'll be responsible for managing trade relationships, converting high-value enquiries, and achieving strong margin performance in line with business targets. Flexible Hybrid Opportunity in Sydney CBD Salary $65-$75k Super Commission Key Responsibilities ⦁ Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to confirmation, ensuring timely and professional communication with trade partners ⦁ Drive profitability by negotiating supplier rates and optimising margins ⦁ Upsell luxury add-ons, upgrades, experiences, and premium inclusions ⦁ Build and nurture strong relationships with retail travel agents and key wholesale partners ⦁ Provide product training and destination knowledge to trade partners ⦁ Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts ⦁ Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty ⦁ Manage client expectations and resolve issues quickly and professionally ⦁ Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions (as required) ⦁ Create customised luxury itineraries tailored to client preferences and budgets ⦁ Ensure all bookings are accurate and compliant with supplier terms and conditions ⦁ Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across destinations, resorts, cruises, and air options ⦁ Use Sabre and internal systems efficiently to process bookings and documentation What We're Looking For ⦁ Minimum 2 years' experience in retail or wholesale travel ⦁ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets ⦁ Strong knowledge of luxury destinations and cruise products ⦁ Exceptional customer service skills ⦁ High attention to detail and strong organisational skills ⦁ Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously ⦁ Experience using Sabre (essential) For more information please send your CV to amy@traveltraderecruitment.com.au or contact 02 9119 8744.
