Brand Influence Group (BIG) is an industry leading experiential and field marketing organisation with a mobile workforce community which is over 2,500 strong across Australia and NZ. Located within Palmerston North surrounding areas. As a CSR, you’ll be the face of our retail execution strategy , ensuring our products are perfectly represented in store. You’ll take ownership of in-store execution, from shelf compliance to promotional displays , and build strong relationships with store teams and key contacts. This is a flexible, field-based role ideal for someone who thrives working independently, loves attention to detail, and takes pride in doing the job right. About the role: Upto 4 hours per week Tasks completed between MON-WED Key Responsibilities: Implement in-store product displays and point-of-sale materials according to brand guidelines Ensure shelf compliance , planogram layouts, and head office core ranging are correctly executed Identify recommended product ranging opportunities to maximise portfolio presence Drive merchandising and replenishment, ensuring display excellence Audit and report in-store activity using our mobile app Build and maintain strong relationships with store teams and key stakeholders Support both compulsory and discretionary in-store activities About You: Previous experience in retail merchandising, brand representation, or field-based roles is highly desirable Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering work to a high standard Excellent time management and organisational skills Effective communicator with confidence working independently Problem-solving mindset and ability to act on-the-go Own reliable transport and a smartphone Must be comfortable with travelling to near by locations (Kerikeri, Kaikohe) At BIG we provide: A great hourly rate A fun and exciting company culture Hours are allocated 2 weeks in advance Ongoing training and development Additional work hours within the business Internal rewards program *only successful candidates will be engaged Create Influence, Think BIG!
