THE ROLE Think of this as hospitality with heart. You’ll help deliver an enjoyable dining experience while working closely with residents and the catering team in a welcoming aged care environment. Providing warm, professional meal service in dining rooms and resident rooms Creating a friendly, café-style mealtime atmosphere residents look forward to Assisting with light food prep and service set-up Supporting functions, celebrations, and special events Following food safety and hygiene standards Working as part of a fast-paced, supportive hospitality team Building genuine connections with residents through everyday service moments ABOUT YOU You’re someone who enjoys people, thrives in service, and knows how to make guests feel welcome.
