The position is responsible for leading and delivering complex legislative and regulatory reform across the department, with an initial focus on the comprehensive review and modernisation of the Unit Titles Act 1975 and the Unit Titles Schemes Act 2009 and will also lead and support additional reform initiatives as required. An Executive contract of up to 2 years may be offered.
