Recruitment Select is currently seeking Experienced Machine Operators to join our client's leading, state-of-the-art cardboard manufacturing facility in Wodonga. Our client offers exceptional working conditions, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness, safety, and employee well-being. This position is initially offered on a casual basis, working Monday to Friday, with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidates. Full-time applicants will be required to undergo a police check and a medical assessment as part of the onboarding process. A Monday-Friday working week, shifts will be rotating on a 2 week roster between dayshift and afternoon shift. Competitive hourly rates, with overtime opportunities available after 7.5 hours. Key Responsibilities: Operating machinery Machine set‑up, changeovers, and adjustments for different product runs Monitoring machine performance to ensure quality and efficiency Basic mechanical troubleshooting and fault identification Conducting routine machine inspections and preventative maintenance Performing repetitive tasks with a high level of focus and attention to detail. What we are looking for: Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Demonstrated commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols.
