About the Role As a Warehouse Storeperson you will play an important role in supporting smooth day to day warehouse operations. Duties include re stocking and rotating products maintaining a clean organised and safe warehouse yard and amenities following all Workplace Health and Safety and Chain of Responsibility regulations operating and maintaining warehouse equipment and vehicles providing professional customer focused service and assisting with general warehouse tasks as required. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing workloads. Qualifications and Licences Required are a current Forklift Licence for the higher rate a current open manual drivers licence physical capability to lift heavy items with assistance and Australian citizenship permanent residency or a valid work visa. Desirable is a Certificate III in Warehousing Operations. Experience and Skills Required are previous experience as a Warehouse Worker or Storeperson understanding of modern warehouse practices and procedures and strong organisation and time management skills. Desirable are analytical thinking and the ability to adapt to workload changes ability to work independently and as part of a team strong communication skills and professional presentation and the ability to maintain confidentiality and contribute to a positive team environment.
