A well established Australian manufacturer operating in a modern electrical production environment. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking reliable and motivated Electrical Assembly Operators to join our Electrical factory team. This role is ideal for hands on individuals looking to build a long term career in electrical manufacturing, with full training provided and stable, full time hours The Role This is an entry level, hands on position within an Electrical manufacturing environment. No prior electrical experience or qualifications are required, as comprehensive on the job training will be provided. You will work closely with experienced Electrical Supervisors and be trained across a variety of tasks, including: Cable preparation Assembly and electrical fit out of switchboards Installation, wiring and testing Use of hand and power tools Following electrical drawings and instructions (with training) Maintaining quality and safety standards This position requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices.
