Opportunity Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking a Business Services Manager / Tax Manager to manage a portfolio of private business and high-net-worth clients. This is a client-facing role with strong advisory exposure, ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with business owners. Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of private business and high-net-worth clients Reviewing financial statements and tax returns Providing tax planning and structuring advice Managing complex tax matters across private groups Mentoring and developing accountants and seniors Working closely with partners on advisory projects Contributing to improvements in automation, AI and workflow systems The firm is particularly interested in someone who wants to develop deeper advisory capability rather than purely compliance management. About You You are likely an experienced Business Services Manager, Tax Manager or Senior Manager looking for a role with stronger client exposure and advisory work. You will bring: CA or CPA qualification 7 years experience in public practice Strong experience in tax and business advisory Exposure to private clients, SMEs or high-net-worth groups Experience with SMSFs and complex group structures Strong client relationship and communication skills Leadership capability managing accountants and seniors Candidates from mid-tier, boutique or specialist advisory firms are encouraged to apply.
