As a Milk Supply Officer, you'll play a meaningful role in building lasting supplier partnerships and supporting the sustainable sourcing of high‑quality milk that underpins the strength and reputation of the Bega brand. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term role predominantly field‑based, and well-suited to someone who values autonomy, variety and genuine connection with farming communities. Responsibilities Building trusted, long‑term relationships with dairy farmers Securing milk supply aligned to volume, quality and sustainability goals Supporting suppliers to meet food safety, quality and sustainability standards Leading fair, transparent supplier contract discussions Representing Bega Group at industry and community events About you Experience in milk supply, procurement or the dairy/agriculture sector or transferable experience Strong relationship‑building and commercial communication skills Able to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively Practical understanding of dairy operations, quality or sustainability Confident using digital systems for supplier and reporting management Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
