The Role Support the optimisation of collection strategies to minimise credit losses and provide positive outcomes for customers. Identify risks, analyse data and drive compliance. Partner with other departments to resolve exceptions and reduce losses Monitor collections and arears Support compliance and regulatory obligations Assist with reconciliations and audit requests Support post-settlement loan services Investigate issues and deliver resolutions Analyse data and identify opportunities to improve collections About You The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in collections, payments, or lending operations within financial services. You preferably gained this experience in consumer or commercial lending. You are passionate about making improvements in the workplace or implementing technological change. Experience with repayments processing, collections operations and arrears monitoring is desirable. You have a passion for stakeholder management, and strong communication skills. You have used loan servicing or collections systems, Excel, a CRM platform (such as Salesforce) and can work with reconciliations, transaction data and operations controls.
