Our client is seeking an Australian Aboriginal Identified Finance Administrator to join their team. You’ll play a key role in keeping financial operations accurate, timely, and compliant, working closely with project and commercial teams. About the Role Process subcontractor claims accurately in line with legislative and program requirements Manage purchase orders, advanced subcontracts, and vendor setups within internal systems Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and correct approval levels Support month-end activities, including accruals and financial reporting Respond to vendor queries and maintain up-to-date finance and procurement records Assist with audits and support the rollout of financial and procurement procedures Prepare customer invoices and maintain procurement registers Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or similar Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance/admin role (construction experience highly desirable) Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) Experience with SAP systems (advantageous) Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Current C-Class Driver’s Licence This is an Australian Aboriginal Identified position.
