ABOUT THE ROLE This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver key projects across operations, commercial and technical teams. Working closely with the GM and senior leaders, you’ll manage a mix of small to large-scale initiatives—from process improvements to specialised projects such as clean room environments. This role is ideal for a people-focused Project Manager who can influence outcomes, navigate complexity and drive results in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. DUTIES Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects across operations, quality, sales and supply chain Partner with stakeholders at all levels to drive project outcomes and alignment Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and risk management strategies Monitor project performance and KPIs to ensure successful delivery Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including cGMP and TGA Drive process improvement initiatives across operational workflows and systems Facilitate clear communication across local and global stakeholders Prepare reports and insights to support senior leadership decision-making Manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity simultaneously Lead post-project reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives Support coordination of key meetings, including occasional early morning global calls SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering or similar 3–5 years’ project management experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences environments Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (GMP, TGA, FDA or similar) Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence without authority Experience using project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet or similar) Highly organised with strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication skills with a personable, relationship-driven approach PMP certification (desirable) BENEFITS Competitive salary with flexibility depending on experience Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and influence business outcomes Exposure to diverse and impactful projects across the organisation Flexible working arrangements with WFH options post onboarding $500 annual wellness allowance Parental leave top-up and EAP access Supportive, social and down-to-earth team culture OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS At Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
