WHAT YOU'LL DO: Build and evolve our content strategy: formats, ideas, series - not just posts Create high-volume content: film, edit, direct and publish Lead creator and influencer activity globally, from idea through to execution Drive social-first launches, moments and campaigns Develop and mentor junior team members Turn performance into clear next steps (not just reports) WHAT YOU BRING: 3-6 years in social, with proven TikTok growth Experience working with a lifestyle or beauty brand Hands-on creator: you film, edit and post - not just brief Experience building influencer programs Confident on camera and directing talent Strong instincts for what will stop the scroll Experience mentoring or leading a small team You're across culture and trends early Must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) HOW TO APPLY: We don't want a generic cover letter.
