About the Role An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join a busy finance team during a period of system transition. This role will primarily support accounts receivable and invoicing functions, with a strong focus on manual processing while systems are being upgraded. This role is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with full time hours, based in Sydney's Inner West. Parking is available onsite, and the office is close to public transport links, as well as having flexibility to WFH 2-3 days per week. This role is perfect for a Working Holiday Visa holder with 6 months left on their visa. Key Responsibilities Perform high-volume manual invoice generation and invoice processing Support accounts receivable activities (non-collections focused) Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across financial records Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely billing Provide general support to the finance function as required About You Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant / Accounts Officer / AR-focused role Strong invoicing experience (manual invoicing highly regarded) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables preferred but not essential) Strong communication skills and ability to work within a small team Please apply directly through this advert.
