Requirements: ·Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or higher ·Have a passion for cooking, ·Be able to organise production schedules ·Have knowledge of Food Handling and Food Safety procedures ·Have a reliable form of transportation ·Able to Work well under pressure ·Able to demonstrate strong leadership skill and be a team player ·Need to have sound knowledge on steaks ·2 years or plus of experience in commercial cookery
