It’s a role for an experienced clinician ready to shape practice, support people in crisis, and lead high-quality, person-centred care—without stepping away from what matters most. Our centre delivers timely, person-centred mental health care including assessment, triage, warm referrals, and immediate to short-medium-term support for people with varied and complex needs, including those experiencing crisis. You’ll work alongside peers in a genuinely collaborative, integrated service designed to be flexible, responsive, and clinically robust. About the Role Maintain a manageable clinical caseload, delivering evidence-based psychological care Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and line management to a multidisciplinary team (psychologists, social workers, mental health nurses, counsellors) Influence service quality, clinical decision-making, and client outcomes Work within the Medicare Mental Health Centre model, allowing flexible engagement and integrated on-site supports This role suits a clinician ready to step into (or further grow within) a leadership position while remaining grounded in therapeutic work Why Join Open Minds?
